3. User Account

Provide accurate and up-to-date information

4. Acceptable Use

6. AI-Generated Content
ARCTON uses third-party artificial intelligence services (including OpenAI and Google AI) to generate text, images, and videos. By using these features, you acknowledge that:
AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies or errors — you must review all content before publishing
You are solely responsible for verifying and approving any AI-generated content published on your accounts
AI-generated images and videos may be subject to the terms of the underlying AI providers
ARCTON does not guarantee the originality, accuracy, or legal compliance of AI-generated content
You must not use AI features to generate content that is illegal, misleading, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights
ARCTON provides AI tools as-is and assumes no liability for consequences arising from the use or publication of AI-generated content.
7. Subscription and Billing
ARCTON offers paid subscription plans processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree that:
All plans include a 14-day free trial — no charge during the trial period
After the trial, your subscription automatically renews monthly unless canceled
Prices are displayed excluding tax (HT) — applicable VAT will be added at checkout
You can cancel your subscription at any time via the billing portal — access continues until the end of the billing period
Upgrading to a higher plan takes effect immediately with prorated billing
No refunds are issued for partial billing periods or unused features
Payment processing is handled by Stripe. ARCTON does not store your credit card information.
8. Social Media
By connecting your social media accounts, you:
Authorize ARCTON to publish content on your behalf
Accept the terms of use of third-party platforms
Can revoke access at any time
Are responsible for content published on your accounts
9. Limitation of Liability
ARCTON is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of our service. Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service.
ARCTON acts as a technical intermediary. We are not responsible for content you publish on your social networks via our platform. You are solely responsible for your posts and their compliance with applicable laws.
You agree to indemnify and hold ARCTON harmless from any claims, lawsuits or damages resulting from your use of the service or content you publish.
10. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time. We may also suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms.
11. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Modifications will take effect immediately after publication.
